Who we are
A space where you can simply show up as you are. Here, counseling is shaped around you — your story, your pace, your needs — with steady support from someone who genuinely cares about your growth and well-being.

Tiffany Alexander, MA, LPC
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from Southern New Hampshire University. Tiffany brings multiple years of experience in mental health services supporting clients through intense relational changes.
Tiffany works with adults and adolescents who may appear outwardly capable and put together, yet internally feel anxious, disconnected, emotionally drained, or uncertain in their relationships. Many of the individuals she supports struggle with people-pleasing, overthinking relational dynamics, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, and repeating patterns they do not fully understand. She helps clients who desire deeper, healthier connections and a stronger sense of security within themselves.
Her therapeutic approach is attachment-based and humanistic, grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship. Tiffany works collaboratively with clients to explore how early relationships and life experiences continue to shape present emotions, behaviors, and patterns of connection. She strives to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they build insight, strengthen boundaries, and develop a more secure and grounded sense of self.
